Health and fitness have been a part of Eric’s life since childhood where
he was active in a variety of sports, as well as growing up in a time
when the family ate together and the meals were balanced. He further
developed his strong connection with physical fitness playing sports
throughout high school and college, which led him into a career as a
personal trainer and nutritionist. As he was teaching others to become
healthy and fit, he was struggling with his own issues of being 50
pounds overweight and having an eating disorder. He finally overcame
these difficulties and went on to become a crusader for people with
weight problems, teaching them how to live healthy and happy lives.
As well as taking care of the business end of the
company, Eric gets personally involved with the clients. Through his own
experiences he learned that the mental aspects of weight loss and
fitness are key to having long-term success. He shares his knowledge and
experiences with clients in weekly group motivation sessions. In these
highly interactive meetings, topics such as visualization, internal
dialogue, and coaching, are discussed.
Eric, along with the Vice President and talented
staff continually look for ways to improve the live in boot camp, and
expand the company – all in support of his mission to help as many
people as possible attain lifelong health and fitness
